Experience the many benefits of yoga: Strengthening, balance, healing injuries, deep relaxation and much more. Each class is a uniquely crafted session of rhythmic flow, restorative poses, pranayama (yogic breath), and meditation. Appropriate for all levels. Please let me know ahead of time if you have any injuries and limitations. If you have health concerns, please consult a health care professional prior to attending. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Blocks, straps, and a blanket will also be useful if you have them!
