An empowering and enlightening discussion and experience for women of all ages on our moon cycles.
The lunar cycle is a monthly pulsation of light and gravitational force. Ocean tides are heightened during the full moon, and there is a higher occurrence of births. Often forgotten in the midst of regular obligations in our contemporary lifestyle, this ancient pulsation has an effect on everyone and everything. For many women, their moon cycle can feel like a curse, but it can actually be a great source of empowerment, a force for renewal, and a window into fertility and manifestation. How can we gain better insight to harness the forces at play during the lunar phases?
Tina will weave the elements of myth, meditation, mantra, movement, and Ayurveda to shed some light on feminine untapped potential. We will discuss charting your cycles, which will set you on a course of self study for a lifetime to come. Lunar Phase map will be provided.

She strives to bring others into the awakened healing potential of their own power. She is a mother of two from Glover, who has been on many journeys. Her background includes yoga, bodywork, herbal medicine, Ayurveda, Shakti Meditation, Shamanic Traditions, and other topics related, and seemingly unrelated.
